Sukhleen Aneja, the driving force behind the success of The Good Glamm Group’s Brands division, is bidding adieu after an impactful 2.5-year tenure. Joining the content-to-commerce conglomerate in December 2021 as CEO of Good Brands Co, Aneja steered a portfolio of direct-to-consumer beauty and personal care brands, including MyGlamm, The Moms Co., and Organic Harvest, to new heights of growth and innovation.

Before her pivotal role at The Good Glamm Group, Aneja served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Hygiene at Reckitt, South Asia. Reflecting on her journey with The Good Glamm Group, Aneja expressed gratitude towards Darpan Sanghvi, the Group’s Founder & CEO, and the board for entrusting her with the responsibility of leading the Brands division.

In her own words, Aneja stated, “I’m grateful to Darpan and our Board for believing in me and giving me the chance to be the first professional CEO to lead the Brands business at Good Glamm Group. It was my first taste of entrepreneurship, focusing on D2C and marketplace-first businesses. I’m happy to see that my journey at Good Glamm Group is ending on a high note.”

Under her leadership, The Good Glamm Group’s Brands division achieved significant milestones, laying a robust foundation for future growth. Aneja highlighted the successful completion of fundraising efforts and the trajectory towards profitability, signaling the company’s readiness for an IPO.
