Earlier in November, the Noida-headquartered IT major announced setting up an AI-cloud native lab in Singapore. Previously, it had set up similar labs in the US, UK, Germany and India.

“The early adoption and scaling of GenAI capabilities will help businesses unlock new efficiencies and enhance continuous service delivery to drive business transformation,” said Jagadeshwar Gattu, president, digital foundation services at HCLTech.

With increasing focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI (GenAI), several IT players including Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys and Accenture, are establishing labs from Japan to the Nordic countries to the Americas to showcase their AI and GenAI capabilities to existing and prospective clients.
