Online furniture marketplace Pepperfry appointed two independent directors to its board: Sanjay Baweja of OnMobile Global and Malini Parmar of Stonesup.in.

Pepperfry’s board now consists of three executive and four non-executive directors as a result of these appointments. “It’s wonderful to have transformative leaders like Malini and Sanjay on our board.” “Their insights into strategy, environmentally sustainable growth, and risk management will help us innovate to create more value for our customers, business partners, shareholders, and communities,” Ambareesh Murty, Pepperfry’s cofounder and CEO, said.
