Black Box strengthens India presence with new Center of Excellence

Technology company Black Box today has inaugurated its new Center of Excellence in Bengaluru, India, enhancing its operational capabilities and collaborative environment.

The newly inaugurated centre spans 50,000 square feet and is equipped with advanced R&D Labs, Command Centers, Offshore Delivery Centers tailored to client needs, and dedicated discussion rooms.

According to the company, These facilities will help in optimizing business operations and foster partnerships among teams across different regions. 

Sanjeev Verma, Executive Director of Black Box Limited and President and CEO of Black Box Corporation, said “We are committed to delivering excellence in digital infrastructure solutions, and these are exciting times at Black Box as we look forward to servicing our global clients from this strategic center.”

The newly launched facility will enable Black Box to expand its service portfolio, which includes Program Management, Solutions Engineering, and Managed Services. 

It will also serve as a Global Response Center, broadening the range of services available to its customers. 

Black Box’s plans to create job opportunities

The centre is expected to enhance the efficiency of employee functions and elevate customer service standards.

Black Box plans to create 500 additional jobs in India to meet the growing customer needs, contributing to the company’s service enhancement. The establishment of the new centre is anticipated to increase the company’s margin by around Rs 50 crore in the near term.
