Egypt’s SideUp raises $1.2 million in Seed from  Launch Africa VC, 500 Global, Riyadh Angels, Alex Angels, Al Tuwaijri Fund and Saudi angel investor Faisal AlAbdulsalam.

After four years of primarily operating as a logistics marketplace, Egypt’s Voo has rebranded as SideUp and shifted its strategy to provide a full range of e-commerce support services, including payment gateways, API integration for shipping, warehousing, fulfilment, and advisory. In addition, the startup has expanded to Saudi Arabia.
