Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) Chairman Mukesh Ambani stated that telecom giant Jio, which is aggressively expanding its 5G network, will complete the deployment of 5G services across the country by 2023.

“Under Akash’s chairmanship, Jio is rolling out the world’s best 5G network across India…at a pace which is faster than anywhere in the world. “Jio’s 5G deployment will be completed by 2023,” Ambani said at the company’s ‘Family Day’ celebrations. According to the chairman of Reliance Industries, India has a historic opportunity to completely eliminate the rural-urban divide with 5G connectivity. Jio launched its 5G services in 11 new cities across the country on Wednesday.
